To be eligible to compete in the MOC, a swimmer must have competed in a minimum of two (2) regularly scheduled WHALe dual meets. Each team will be allowed one (1) entry per relay event, eight (8) entries per freestyle event, four (4) entries per back, breast, and butterfly event, and three (3) entries per I.M. event. These entries will be done by the coach and parents will be notified.
